About Torron
I found my way into sales through an SDR seat in London and worked through to SDR Manager and Coach at SaaSLeads, where I discovered my real passion was helping the people around me get better.
From there I moved into an Account Executive role, selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts. That hands-on AE experience now directly informs how I coach AEs on discovery, deal management, and career progression.
I've made the calls, learned what actually moves the needle, and helped others do the same ever since. I now coach at MySalesCoach, one of the UK's most respected sales coaching platforms, and take on a select number of private clients throughout the year.
